Advanced Gas Safety Tips
Check the Seal
Ensure the cylinder has a branded shrink wrap seal. Do not accept if broken or missing.
Blue Flame Only
A healthy gas flame is blue. A yellow or orange flame indicates incomplete combustion - service your cooker.
Smell Gas? Act Fast.
If you smell rotten eggs, do not light a match or switch on lights. Open windows and turn off the regulator.
Upright Storage
Always store and transport LPG cylinders in an upright position to prevent liquid LPG from reaching the valve.
