Faulty Cylinders

If you suspect a gas cylinder is faulty (e.g., leaking, defective valve, or regulator issues), please contact us immediately. For your safety, do not attempt to repair the cylinder yourself.

Maloo Gas will dispatch a qualified technician to your location to inspect and resolve the issue. If the technician determines that the cylinder is indeed faulty and cannot be safely repaired on-site, we will replace or exchange it for a new one at no additional cost.

Exchanges and Replacements

Replacements and exchanges are provided where appropriate based on our technician's assessment. We ensure that every replacement cylinder meets our strict safety and quality standards.

Return Cut-Off Time

To ensure the integrity of our products and services, any claims regarding faulty cylinders or requests for returns must be made within one (1) week from the date of purchase.

Please keep your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase to facilitate a smooth return process.
