Delivery Terms
1. Delivery Times
We aim for express delivery within 45-90 minutes. However, times may vary based on traffic conditions, weather, and order volume. We operate from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.
2. Cylinder Exchange
For refills, we accept empty cylinders from all major standardization-compliant brands (Shell, Total, K-Gas, ProGas, etc.) provided they are in good condition. We reserve the right to reject cylinders that are excessively rusty, dented, or damaged.
3. Staircase Delivery
Our delivery team will assist in carrying the cylinder to your kitchen. For buildings without elevators, delivery above the 4th floor may attract a small convenience fee or require assistance.
